Dr. John Obi M.D.
Dr. Obi is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He then completed his General Surgery residency through University Medical Center (now Shands Jacksonville), and a Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgery residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami School of Medicine.
In private practice since 1981, Dr. Obi is also an adjunct clinical professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. He is on staff at Memorial Hospital and Wolfson Children’s Hospital and has privileges at Baptist Medical Center and Shands in Jacksonville, and Baptist Beaches Medical Center in Jacksonville Beach. He is active in many medical societies. He served as president of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2007.
A Jacksonville native (graduated with distinction from Bishop Kenny High School), Dr. Obi and his wife have four children. When not caring for patients and family, he enjoys fishing, photography, sports cars, football and golf.

Dr. Lee Kleiman M.D.
Double-board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Kleiman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Vermont, and earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his Otolaryngology Residency at the University of Maryland and furthered his training and expertise by completing prestigious fellowships at the University of Toronto in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and at the University Hospital of Bern in Switzerland in Maxillofacial Trauma Reconstruction.
Dr. Kleiman served as clinical professor at the University of Maryland and VA Hospital in Baltimore upon his return to the United States. During that time, he also traveled internationally leading several surgical teams to Belize in conjunction with the Sisters of Mercy Hospital, and partnering with local doctors to repair cleft lip deformities in children from underserved areas of Central America. His penchant for lecturing and teaching has led him to speak on the national stage and mentor other surgeons in the field. He continues to attend conferences internationally and nationally to keep abreast of the latest medical advances and treatments. As a result of Dr. Kleiman’s extraordinary skill in achieving beautiful, natural results and his sincere devotion to making a difference in his patient’s lives, he has treated several generations of families who refer their friends and relatives to his exceptional care.
Born and raised in the American West, Dr. Brandon M. Wachal is known for his compassionate and professional manner and a tireless commitment to extraordinary patient care.

Board certified in Otolaryngology and Fellowship Trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Wachal is a native of Nebraska. In preparation for his career in medicine, he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and there earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in addition to earning a dual major in Spanish. Following graduation, he completed medical school and a residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College in Omaha – considered one of the nation’s leaders in cutting edge research and education. Committed to providing the newest techniques and technologies to accomplish the best results for his patients, Dr. Wachal recently completed a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Fellowship with Dr. Michael Godin in conjunction with Virginia Commonwealth University concerning innovative techniques in the field.
In his free time, Dr. Wachal enjoys mountain biking and exploring the bay and all it offers.

Dr. Hamawy serves both our Princeton and Woodland Park locations. A New Jersey native, Dr. Adam Hamawy attended Rutgers for his undergraduate studies and then continued at Rutgers for medical school (UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School) where he earned High Honors. He further honed his skills at the highly respected University of Texas Southwestern Medical and Weill Cornell Schools. Dr. Hamawy is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Hamawy served eight years in the U.S. Army where he rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel including a tour in Iraq and several years at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He considers himself fortunate to have been exposed to this depth, breadth and sheer complexity of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
Having performed over 7,000 cosmetic procedures, Dr. Hamawy is an expert in helping you look younger. Dr. Hamawy’s philosophy is to avoid extremes. He tailors the procedure to each patient’s unique needs. His goal is that you look refreshed with subtle enhancements that take away years of aging.

For more than two decades, Dr. David Santos has provided facial plastic surgery for Seattle area patients. He is a renowned leader and technical innovator in the industry, having spoken at numerous conferences worldwide.
Dr. Santos is a graduate from the University of California Berkeley and Tulane University School of Medicine. For over 25 years he was Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and full-time Professor at UCLA and a Senior Examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Because of his high regard, he has made appearances on ABC News, the Discovery Channel, Oprah, the hit TV series ‘Nip/Tuck’, and the first five episodes of Extreme Makeover. Dr. Lesavoy has been a principal investigator for numerous research studies and published over 100 peer-reviewed papers and 3 books as well as over 30 chapters in other Plastic Surgery textbooks.

Meet Our Medical Directors
As Medical Director of Juvilee, Dr. Swerdloff is responsible for overseeing our high medical standards. He provides clinical support and oversight of physicians specializing in facial cosmetic procedures at our Rejuvenation Centers nationwide.
As our Medical Director, Jason establishes our medical policies, promulgates our Clinical Guidelines and medical Standard Operating Procedures. He oversees accreditation efforts and monitors our clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores. Lastly, he advises on business strategy, marketing, recruiting and risk management.
Previously, Dr. Swerdloff served as the Chief Medical Officer responsible for facial procedures at Sono Bello centers nationwide. He was also the Chief Medical Officer at Lifestyle Lift, overseeing over 90 physicians in over 30 centers.
Based in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Swerdloff graduated from the University of Virginia Medical School and completed his internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery as well as the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
As Medical Director for Innovation, Dr. Taghizadeh identifies emerging technology and trains Juvilee doctors in the latest advancements in facial rejuvenation.
